A new Featured video every day may be a way to get people. Maybe even 4 featured videos of different Category's such as Music, Gaming, General and one free for all video. It'd be heck to try to get 4 video's a day by myself though. I ran a small wiki for about 3 weeks that had 6 Featured video's a day...It was not fun trying to find video's when you had 15 minutes till the next day so if someone would help find video's I could add em to the front page or maybe even a Video page with 4 video's on it.

Heck maybe even a "Video:" Namespace. I can also look into getting the Google Video Modification made to Mediawiki so we can use Google Vid and hopefully a few other sites video's. WillSWC 00:47, 1 July 2007 (UTC)

I've just added a Featured Video to the Community portal page and added video's clear up to July 16, 2007. They will change automatically every day. Go through and tell me what ya think. WillSWC 10:04, 1 July 2007 (UTC)

Since we've run out of videos I think we should set this to one video for now (we could even repeat one we've had). Once we have more people who are interested in helping out we can start it up again --Drawde83 12:09, 20 July 2007 (UTC)

Not so much that we've run out of videos. Just that I have no sound and it'll be maybe 2 weeks till I have sound again. WillSWC 02:08, 29 July 2007 (UTC)

Thats fine, but I think it would be good to have something to fill in the big gap on the main page. We can just have one video there until your sound is sorted or we can have a category tree (using browse?). What do you think we should do to encourage more people interested in youtube to join??--Drawde83 02:38, 29 July 2007 (UTC)

In regards to this I've added a "Video" Namespace for Videos. While it's a slight overlap with the YouTubia Wikia it can't really be helped. Now we'll have a central place for Featured Video's ETC. Should make things a lot cleaner. WillSWC 19:27, 30 July 2007 (UTC)
