This is a guideline. Remember that rules on WikiSocial are not set in stone and should be treated with the occasional exception. Changes to rules should reflect consensus.

WikiSocial users are advised to have "Friends". Friends are users one particular user would like to associate him or herself with.

• Make a user sub-page with a list of friends. Simply add this link anywhere on your main profile page: [[/Friends]]. Clicking this link allows you to create the page User:Yourname/Friends where you can place links to your other friends' profiles using a bullet or numbered list.
• Take your closest of the friends found on the subpage and copy them to a gallery on your profile page. To make a gallery of your friends, copy the following code into your profile page:

substituting Friend'sImage.png for the name of a picture of your friend. Also replace User:Friend'sName with a link to your friend's actual profile. To add more than the 1 friend provided to your Friend Gallery, simply add another line containing the Image link, a pipe, and the link to your friend's profile.

• Do not become friends with an excessive amount of people. Becoming friends with thousands of people you don't really know is not advisable—this isn't MySpace. Also, refrain from putting more than 16 friends in your Gallery.
